For everyone who’s been asking (persistently 😄) where to come and enjoy my food—and with a little nostalgia for the old Tribus days—I’ve created something new.
The Chef’s Table Project is an intimate, chef-driven food experience, hosted in the same beloved place as always, but this time with me cooking on site, serving, and sharing the table with you.
As the years go by, my focus has sharpened:👉 premium ingredients👉 thoughtful cooking👉 art on the plate that delivers unforgettable bites
This is a social gathering for true food lovers—people who care about flavour, quality, and the joy of eating together. Some future events will be veggie-friendly or fully plant-based, but every edition will stay true to one thing: exceptional food made with intention.
